Our Story

I started teaching Salsation, a dance-inspired workout based on Latin rhythms, 10 years ago. While participants enjoyed the high-energy routines, it was the wind-down and stretching section at the end that seemed to resonate the most. They encouraged me to explore this further and create something new.

I wanted a program that was low-impact but highly effective, especially for those who couldn’t handle high-intensity cardio. So, I combined fitness with the grace and discipline of ballet. The result was a workout that strengthened every muscle and added elegance to every movement.

The feedback was immediate. Participants discovered muscles they never knew existed and felt stronger and more in control of their bodies. Six years later, our community continues to grow, with participants experiencing not just physical changes but also a profound shift in mindset,  embracing discipline, finding beauty in every move, and pushing beyond their limits.
